Less than 1 kilometer south of Kiveri village lays Anavalos - a family-run boutique hotel experience. It is located by the sea with spectacular views of Nafplio across the Argolic Gulf. The beautiful sea view can be enjoyed from all rooms' balconies, dining terraces, outdoor kitchen, infinity pool, and the rocky beach.
Anavalos has been known for over 2.5 thousand years as a source of fresh water gushing from the bottom of the sea, which today supplies through canals the agricultural region of Argolida. The canal adjacent to the hotel ensures the sound of water on most days of the year.
Poseidon's birthplace
According to Greek Mythology, the god of the seas - Poseidon (son of goddess Rea and Kronos the king of Titans) was born right here in Anavalos. Poseidon was one of the twelve Olympian deities, he is not only the god of the seas but also the earth-shaker and the father of Nafplios.
About the host
Both Jacek and Sylwia are passionate and experienced travellers and spent years living abroad.
"We have finally found our home here in Anavalos, Kiveri, Peloponnese. It took us a lot of time and effort to build this boutique hotel experience, purposed for the relaxation of mind, body, and soul. Our goal is to share this little paradise with our distinguished guests and provide an unforgettable experience."
